Pelvic floor symptoms can leave you feeling frustrated, confused, embarrassed or dismissed. Over time, you may begin avoiding things you enjoy, changing how you live or relying on medications and temporary solutions that ease the symptoms without addressing what may be contributing to them.
At Pelvic Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, pelvic health is our focus. We look beyond your symptoms to identify what may be contributing to them and create a clear, personalized treatment plan to restore function and get you back to doing the things you love.
“I had my first appointment today, with Corinne. She’s kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and safe with her, and never felt rushed. After a very thorough assessment she recommended a treatment plan, and for the first time I feel optimistic about issues I’ve been dealing with for years. Julia at the front desk is equally warm and welcoming, and the office itself is very comfortable with thoughtful design details. I highly recommend Pelvic Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.”

“I saw Jake today and he was great! I liked how thorough he was with explaining to me where my pain is coming from rather than just assessing the areas I feel pain. I would highly recommend anyone to see Jake. I left feeling good and I look forward to more visits in the future!”

Pelvic floor symptoms can affect women and men at any stage of life. You may be dealing with bladder or bowel problems, pelvic pain, changes in sexual function, pregnancy or postpartum concerns, symptoms related to perimenopause or menopause, or changes following pelvic or abdominal surgery.
When these symptoms begin affecting your comfort, confidence, relationships, exercise, work or everyday routine, you deserve more than temporary solutions. Our specialized pelvic floor therapy is designed to identify what is contributing to your symptoms, provide the right treatment and get you back to living your life without constantly worrying about them.
Your care begins with a thorough evaluation to understand your symptoms, what may be contributing to them, and what you want to get back to doing. Pelvic floor physical therapy remains the foundation of your treatment. When appropriate, occupational therapy, nutrition guidance, massage therapy, individualized exercise, or other treatment options may also be incorporated based on your needs. The goal is simple: give you a clear plan and help you get back to living your life without constantly thinking about your symptoms.
We provide specialized pelvic floor therapy for women and men through different stages of life, recovery and activity.
Personalized care for bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic pain, prolapse, painful intimacy, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause and rehabilitation before and after gynecological or abdominal surgery.

Your initial appointment will last about 60 minutes with a pelvic health specialist. We go through your history, assess how your pelvic floor is functioning, and explain what we find in plain language. You leave with a clear understanding of your symptoms and a structured plan.
Every person is different, your treatment plan depends on your symptoms, goals, and medical history, and we'll discuss our recommendations after your evaluation. Every plan has defined goals and a clear endpoint, typically 8-16 weeks, so you're never left coming in indefinitely.
