Pelvic Rehabilitation and Wellness Center was created after years of seeing women and men receive rushed, incomplete care. We believe you deserve better: the time to be heard, to be treated with dignity, and a clear treatment plan built around your needs.
Pelvic floor physical therapy is the foundation of our care, and when other specialists can improve your results, they’re included at no extra cost. We designed our space with the nervous system in mind, and from your first conversation to your final visit, you should feel valued and supported.
Our goal is to help you get back to living your life without worrying about your symptoms.
Our team shares one commitment: to listen, look beyond your symptoms, and provide care based on your individual needs and goals.
After nearly 20 years as an occupational therapist, Caryn became frustrated seeing women and men receive rushed, incomplete care and continue struggling without clear answers. She founded Pelvic Rehabilitation and Wellness Center on the belief that every person deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and given the time and expertise needed to recover.
That belief shaped every detail of the center. Caryn designed the environment with the nervous system in mind to help calm the body and mind before treatment even begins. She also created a care model centered on pelvic floor health, with pelvic floor physical therapy as the foundation and occupational therapy, nutrition, massage therapy, and advanced treatment options added when they can improve results.

She’s created an oasis for our patients, with clarity and healing at the center.
Outside of work, you can find her hanging out with her husband and son or grabbing a coffee and yapping with her mom and two sisters (her favorite pastime).
Many clinics offer only pelvic floor physical therapy.
Here, care is delivered through a coordinated team of pelvic floor specialists working under one structured clinical framework. Our team of pelvic floor physical therapists, occupational therapists, and registered dietitian collaborate on treatment plans and tailor each part of your care around what your body needs. Each session is intentionally planned, and progress is measured along to way to make adjustments as needed. We utilize advanced therapy techniques like Biofeedback which enhances muscle awareness and coordination. Additionally, SoftWave therapy may be incorporated to support tissue healing and recovery when appropriate.
Technology works to support your care when needed, and allows us better insight into your body, as well as being a useful tool to guide progress and help you find relief from your symptoms
Every detail of this space was designed with purpose, supporting privacy, calm, and meaningful progress.
Private treatment rooms provide discretion and comfort. The Restoration Room supports nervous system regulation and recovery, including tools such as BrainTap.
The environment reflects the level of care delivered here: focused, intentional, and elevated.
The pelvic floor does not function in isolation. It works with the abdominal wall, hips, spine, breathing patterns, connective tissue, hormones, and the nervous system. When these systems fall out of balance, symptoms develop. Persistent pelvic pain, pain with intimacy, postpartum core weakness, bladder leaks, constipation, and pelvic pressure are often connected to deeper coordination and pressure patterns.
Our care begins with a comprehensive evaluation. Findings determine the structured program that follows.
