Men's Pelvic Floor Therapy in Manalapan, NJ

Stop dealing with it.
Start finding out what's going on.

Pelvic Floor Health is Men’s health. When you notice something about your body is off, it can quickly affect every part of your life. You find yourself avoiding intimacy, skipping the gym, worrying about the closest restroom or just losing the confidence you once had.

You have a pelvic floor and addressing your symptoms, whether they’re bladder leakage, urinary urgency and frequency, erectile dysfunction, painful ejaculation, prostate issues or a general pelvic pain that’s lingered, can help you get back to living a life you enjoy.

Let us find the answers for you. We’ll take a look at your lifestyle, goals and unique build to piece together where the changes in your body occurred and give you the guidance needed to see meaningful improvement that lets you get back to being you.

The Method

Why is this happening?

Your symptoms are only part of the story. To understand their cause you have to consider your body as whole:

Your pelvic floor works together with your core, breathing, posture, hips, bladder, bowels and nervous system. Surgery, prolonged sitting, heavy lifting, constipation, exercise, stress, and other health factors may influence how your system functions.

Rather than focusing on one symptom we look at how your body is working as a whole, helping us create a treatment plan that’s personalized to your needs and goals.

Next Steps

A personalized program

Pelvic floor physical therapy is the foundation of your care.

When additional expertise may benefit your treatment, occupational therapy, nutrition guidance, massage therapy, personal training, or other treatment options may also be incorporated based on your individual needs.

Your treatment plan is built around your evaluation findings, symptoms, goals, and how your body responds over time.

01

The Evaluation

Your first visit is a private, one on one pelvic health evaluation. We review your symptoms, medical history, daily activities, and goals and assess the areas that may be contributing to the problem.

You leave with a clearer understanding of what we found and what we recommend next.

02

The Plan

Treatment is based on your evaluation findings and adjusted as you progress. Sessions may address pelvic floor coordination, strength or relaxation, bladder and bowel habits, breathing and pressure management, mobility, pain, and return to activity.

Each part of treatment is included for a reason.

03

The Goal

Treatment progresses toward the activities that matter to you, whether that means exercising, working, traveling, improving bladder control, recovering after surgery, or returning to sexual activity with greater confidence.

Don't keep guessing about your symptoms

Bladder problems, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, bowel concerns, and changes after prostate surgery deserve a proper evaluation, especially when they begin affecting your daily life.

Some pelvic health conditions respond well to conservative treatment, while others may require medical evaluation or care from another provider. Our role is to determine whether pelvic floor therapy is appropriate, identify what may be contributing to your symptoms, and create a clear plan when treatment is indicated.

You do not need to wait until symptoms become more disruptive to get answers.
